Kieren James-Lubin is co-Founder, President and CEO at BlockApps. Once a software developer and architect for BlockApps, Kieren now focuses on developing BlockApps’ long term vision, strategic planning and decision making and external profile.
A leader in the Blockchain industry, Kieren was the Executive Director of the Cryptocurrency Research Group, a research body dedicated to solving foundational theoretical problems in Blockchain technology. Kieren organized the popular Bitcoin and Blockchain Summit in 2015 and wrote several popular technical articles in partnership with O’Reilly Media.
Prior to founding BlockApps, Kieren was a PhD Candidate in UC-Berkeley where he studied Mathematical Physics. A New York native, Kieren graduated from Princeton University with a degree in mathematics alongside playing varsity football.
